Yes, all rooms have a balcony with a magnificent view of the Tyrolean Alps.
Our hotel is not fully accessible. However, some rooms on the ground floor are easily accessible. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance so that we can reserve the right room for you.
Sometimes things don't go as planned – no problem.
✓ You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
✓ Up to 30 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
✓ Up to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70%.
✓ In the last week before arrival or in case of a no-show, we charge 90%.
Our tip: If you book directly, we will be happy to advise you personally and can often find a flexible solution in case of an emergency.
Of course. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and other toiletries will be provided upon your arrival.
